Some games (not all) are using sceUtilityNetconfXXX to start the network. The HLE implementation of sceUtilityNetconfXXX is not yet working together with the LLE implementation of the network (flash0/kd/pspnet*.prx). So currently, if the game is using sceUtilityNetconfXXX , then utility.prx is also required. I will see if I can improve this combination.

If the game is not using sceUtilityNetconfXXX, then utility.prx is not required.

I knew you would test that combination, without utility.prx Wink
