cw cheat file placement?

were do i put the cw cheat file for psp emulator

You must input in Cheats=>CWcheats.
remember you can only input numbers not cheat name.
example:
Infinite Health --->Don't copy into CWcheat
0xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx--->Copy into CWcheat
0xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx--->Copy into CWcheat
after that you enable ON/OFF.
you can copy_paste into CWcheat (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V).

some cwcheat work & some doesn't work.

and what do you mean cwcheat file, is it CHEAT.DB? if so then you can't put into Jpcsp. it can only put on console.

do i just do the _L 0x10668758 0x0000FFFF

you just copy 0x10668758 0x0000FFFF into cwcheat.
