The Megaman Powered up and Megaman X Maverick Hunter are very playable but MPEG video itself doesnt work at all when they are in fmv. Is there a way I can make it to work properly ? Thanks.

Have you try enabling Media Engine? In case you don't, this can be done under Options -> Media -> Use media Engine
