NitroGrafx is PC-Engine/TurboGrafx16 emu for NDS .

Changes :
Some more CD-ROM games work plus "Makai Hakkenden Shada (J)".

*Fixed cache for 16x64 sprites.
*Fixed sprite DMA flag.
*Fixed more CD-ROM emulation issues.
