SMSGGOO is Sega Master System Emulator for the Dingoo Handheld.

Changes :
# Fix load/save display message in menu
+ Add number to screenshot filename
+ change to new dingoo_sdk (thanks flatmush and harteex ^^)
so now, smsggo can work with all a320 models Very Happy !
# Fix frame sync, now sound is ok (i hope so ...)
# add .SG file for SG-1000 support
# fix A for button#1 and B for button #2
