I've implemented a few more functions in r3694 and also improved the MP3 compatibility (maybe helping for the looping issue) in r3696.

well, mp3 can looping now. pause, Resume, fast-forward, rewind also work.

This game was tested on 4098f5d. The videos in this game end prematurely on JPCSP and can't be looped. Sometimes the videos are decoded poorly and show lots of graphical garbage. The Log Settings that I used were:
