Oh sorry, I forgot about Command Board Yeah, that doesn't work on my computer, but it works on my mom's laptop. Sadly... I think that I had better luck with the Command Board in the Japanese version. As for those of you that can't get the game to start, I'm putting a video on YouTube one of these days soon so that you can see how to make it work.
Oh yeah, try revision 1975, that might work. I used it for a long time.

It should be very soon I am uploading all of the files today, and putting up the links on YouTube. The only thing that you will have to do is download the RAR files, and then extract, then open JPCSP, and play!

Impossible to finish this game entirely because of this error.

@chessplayerjames
what version of the game do you own? (EU/US)
can you open the report?
did you complete the game with terra?
if so what are the specs of your pc?(mainly the brand of your graphics card)

I have the US version. No, I can't open the report. And now I'm stuck with Terra when I try to do Deep Space. Crud. The specs of my PC are (although you probably aren't interested since I just said no to everything, but I will say anyway):
Processor: Intel Dual Core @2.5ghz per core
RAM: 4gbs of RAM
Video Card: NVidia GEForce 9300GS series.
What's odd is that the game worked better in the Japanese version. How sad, because I like the English version. I got the same error as Kratos did.

Yeah with revision 1975 i can finally open the command board, but i can't open the abilities, it just hangs.

That's not changing anything to install the game, jpcsp don't need it (althrough, i think that's impossible...)
And as chessplayerjames, i cannot go more than the first cutscene of deep space world as Terra. Same issue (see below).
rev 2095-96 : OK (but not deep space)
rev 2097 : Can't load first cutscene, game won't start. Same with media engine On/Off.

You can use the Data install on JPCSP games? o.O
