The problem here is that you're probably dealing with copyrighted files. You see, the encrypted EBOOT.BIN file is illegal to distribute, just like the "Kingdom Hearts" .ISO image.
Like Darth stated, and I'm pretty sure he's right, you're probably using the Japanese version of the game with the English patch fix.
Anyway, no one's here to judge you, and since you do own a PSP, you can just decrypt any EBOOT.BIN file you want. You just need to use a tool like EDecrypt, so, check this tutorial: http://www.psp-hacks.com/forums/f118/edecrypt-1-4-0-out-t259571
Now, please note that what all users stated is true. Piracy is not supported here, so please don't ask for decrypted copies of these files.
Just to clear things: I'm not totally sure it is that way but I heard nothing that indicates otherwise: The fact is the key is for the JAP version, also he posted here so it means he thought it was US. I know there is a english patch out there so I GUESSED it could be that, but I haven't tested it. Also the file size of the first raw file matches the decrypted file which is another indication ...

Well I doubt that he thought a patched version of BBS was the US version since you can't replace the Japanese voices with the english ones which is alot of work to dub your own audio and it's weird since you could just use the US version. Maybe he thought it didn't matter.

Hello everyone, I'm new here and trying to play this game, but seems I'm having some problems at the moment
You stated that I need to have a clean ISO from my UMD, so I have to own this game for PSP to play it in the emulator?

Yes, I can confirm that now: Saving does not work. It does not create any file/directory in the SAVEDATA directory. See log-save for details.
