Because you didn't enable the media engine.
can show me the step to enable?....i not really know to use this application.
In the Options, Configuration, Media, select "Use Media Engine"

Tested on two machines. Low end laptop, 1.8 dual core AMD with 2 gigs ram, and a high end desktop 3.0 dual core 8 gigs ram or something simmilar not my machine.
With low end machine got around 23fps during video and 6 to 9 fps during game play with 25-30 fps in game menus.
Higher end machine ran with 50-60 fps during video and 30 - 45 fps during gameplay 55+ in menu.
If jpcsp had some hardware rendering support added to it, speeds would level out and increase for lower end machines. [ a plugin system like EPSXE would be nice ]
Still some random crashes, currently fiddling with options to see if there is any Optimal settings, so far shaders are confirmed to not work.
32 bit seems to need vertex cache where 64 bit does not. Since 32 bit can use media engine its nice to use the save media to tmp folder, seems to have slightly better game performance in 64bit, nice to have decoded media running with better performance.

Hi all, sorry for my English. Today I managed to run this game on the r1976. Surprised me that he was sound in the menu where he fires the game in iso and cso browser. I have encrypted the game. If you are glad you do for a movie. Unfortunately, I had no sound in the movies since I had installed SonicStage 4.3. If you know a program to burn movies from pc to give a link thanks

Guys I got my game but when I try to run it using latest jpcsp I get to the menue and when I click on S for "Press start.." then I get New Game, Load game screen and Extras and I press again "S" for New Game but It get me back on Press start window. What am I doing wrong?
By the way my computer is: AMD Athlon II X3 435 at 2.9GHz with 2GB DDR2 ram and nVidia 220GT with 1GB Ram video card, will I be able to run it?
Please help me I'm huge fan on PE series
Edit: I'm so dumb, I was using wrong button. I got it working guys but FPS is really bad, average FPS is around 30 and just FPS is around 10, can I fix it somehow? I got audio in game but I can't hear audio when there are videos.

Yea, it's kinda broken in recent builds. I'm guessing from rev 2006
