Try game using PPSSPP emulator.. For me it works full speed on it.. I recorded gameplay long time ago..
I don't wanna say JPCSP is bad emulator, because it's not bad, but it's very slow.. I hope that will change, but it would be better if this emulator is made in c++...
Like i said, JPCSP is not a bad emulator, and u can try game on PPSSPP..
If u wanna play this game, do what i said..

The "use ppsspp instead of jpcsp" is not a solution,the devs stated that.
The usual configuration is to use the 2 GE related options.Also it depends on the pc specs and the graphic card you have.I think ati ones need to use shaders
