Download the the latest build from http://www.emucr.com . Extract the contents and just pull the game iso into the xenia.exe as seen in the videos. Btw you must have Windows 8 64bit. It doesn't run on Windows 7 or Windows 8 32 bit.

System Requirments :
You'll need 64-bit Windows 8.1 or 10 with a processor supporting at least AVX - in other words, Intel Sandy Bridge or newer.
OpenGL 4.5 supporting Graphics card and drivers are required. This includes Nvidia's GeForce 400 series and above, and AMD's 5000 series and above.
6 Gb Ram or Higher is recommended.

I think it doesn't work with AMD because no OpenGL 4.5 support

I get "Unable to Initialize GL Content" message when I try to run Xenia (AMD HD6790). This might be from OpenGL4.5 requirement.
