I wonder how useful it would be to run RPCS3 on OtherOS++... it would be nice to run a web browser on your PS3 to look up guides while you are playing games...

So you want an emulator, to emulate some old operating system, to browse guides on a shitty browser, while having a 2nd instance open of the emulator to actually play a game? Just use a native browser...
