When I try boot Street Fighter II Turbo HD it isn't working. Log is attached.

Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix's last report on it being Playable was ~8 months ago, so there's a good chance some commit broke it.
Try with this build, which was the build that it was played on: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/rpcs3/rpcs3/build/1.0.797/artifacts
