I cant get the game to work, and its on playable on the list?
First time for me on RPCS3 but i think i have correct install and setup.
Cant upload .log files? Cant upload files larger than 200kb?

Hello,
We only accept zipped log files (.zip, .7z, .rar), that to conserve disk server space.
Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix's last report on it being Playable was ~8 months ago, so there's a good chance some commit broke it.
Try with this build, which was the build that it was played on: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/rpcs3/rpcs3/build/1.0.797/artifacts
Edit: Tested today with latest master, game is working.
