There seems to be an issue with the sceSasCore voices: a voice is ending immediately after it has been set to "on". This is probably the reason why there is no sound. I need to further investigate this problem, it is probably related to the passed ADSR parameters as they look quite unusual (very fast decrease on the sustain curve).
