Black screen and 0.25 fps at max,i'm using the lates build

That's not a log file, just resumed console output. Log is the RPCS3.log file.
Please take some time to check the guidelines for reporting issues and game statuses.
Anyways, games like Ratchet and Clank don't work yet, check the compatibility list (https://rpcs3.net/compatibility) for games that do.
