FAQ: 0xC000001D on CPUs without SSSE3 such as Athlon/Phenom - Annie - 07-10-2017
Since we already got dozens of threads asking the exact same question.
Old AMD CPUs such as Athlons and Phenoms do NOT support SSSE3. Therefore, you can't run RPCS3 with them at all. You have to buy a new CPU if you wish to use RPCS3.
New threads asking why your CPU that doesn't support SSSE3 doesn't work will be closed and merged to this general thread:

AMD CPU architectures that support SSSE3 are:
- Bobcat
- Bulldozer
- Piledriver
- Ryzen
