can't start rpcs3.exe (not responding) - malisoulxd - 08-07-2017
i keep having trouble trying to open the emulator and always nothing but i blank white screen saying that is not responding. i searched for solutions or problems similar online but i can't find anything useful. people be having problems booting up games but i can't even get the exe to open properly
