Movies with ME are flickering very badly (in the logos, intros)
Background in the menu is much too dark, missing graphics ingame (f.e. Xavier sits in the black in the emu, on a PSP a whole room is visible), it should be possible to get somewhere but with all the flaws it's only half-playable at this time.

ingame the background graphics are to dark so it is hard to see where you are going
