the screen turns black after the first loading screen but the fps is still running. I know the game is listed as playable

ok tried software rendering did nothing

Then I need more information. Could you post a log file at DEBUG level at the best from the beginning?

i tried when doing the debug it slowed my computer down alot. I couldnt even send the log it would freeze then restart my computer
