no,you don't have download any app. just copy paste code into cwcheat.
1st you load the game, 2nd copy_paste code into cwcheat then ON.
for latest cwcheat.db search on google, after that you can open it with notepad++ or use CWcheat Database Editor.
note:there's some code that'll work and some not.

You're only going to paste the address.

Copy the red text. DO all your codes like that.
Also, make sure you're using US codes if you have the US version, or JP codes if your using the Japanese version.
