Write color buffer on opengl not working
#11
Laptop or desktop? If you are on a desktop you must have plugged in your monitor to your motherboard and not the graphics card. You are literally not using the GTX1060 at all, in any game.

Check your cable...

hello
somehow i face the same problem that using write color render would cause the game crash after a while
and i view the log file and find out that it alert RSX: Bad depth surface pitch given: surface_width=640, format=1, pitch=64, native_pitch=2560

and when i check both write depth render and write color render, the game did't crash, although the FPS is very low..
P.s i am using Eiyuu Densetsu to test

Known bug, Nekotekina and kd-11 are working on it. Check back in a few days.

I have the same problem. I had black screen in Demon's Souls and I tried to fix it with color/depth buffers. Here's my log.

Win 8.1 x64
amd a8-4500m apu with radeon™ hd graphics driver
Radeon HD 7640G
8 Gb RAM

You are confusing global settings and game specific settings. Delete the folder /data/BLES00932/ and then set the global settings to PPU LLVM and turn on write color buffers (and only this "buffer" option).

Oh, really, I thought I did. That worked, thanks.
Also I've updated my driver and now it works fine.
