It's a fighting game, looks too slow, what's the hardware used? Does it work on Vulkan?

Archlinux i7 4770k, r9 fury, OpenGl, recompilers.
On rev5499, Chaos code works correctly: often 60fps, with drops to 40-50 in certain animations (see screenshot), but it feels like a minor problem.
I'd label this "playable".
