Help on my JPCSP

I'm new in using a JPCSP and when I try to run Crisis Core and when it comes to the FMV this appear and also is Crisis Core like FFX and above which their is an actor voice when they speak? Here is the screenshot BTW.

And also my configure menu is different from the one I saw in this forum. Here is the screenshot of my configure option.

enable the media engine in the media tab of the configs menu and enable decode with sonicstage ( make sure you have sonic stage 4.3 installed and 32bit jpcsp )
