Audio on Cutscreens not working!!

Hello,
I am running a few Tales of games,
Tales of Vs,
Tales of Rebirth
For the PSP.

For some reason Cutscreen and Opening video's Audio dosnt work, everything else, like sound effects works fine, what could cause this?
