can anyone teach me how do i input this DLC files to emulator so it may be recognized and how to install them the download site i downloaded it contains no instructions

this is what i have for DLC
folder name: Hatsune_Miku_Project_Diva_2nd_JPN_DLC_PSP-PLAYASiA
contents: seplugins(i read it says in one forum something like this Open game.txt using the following line ms0:/seplugins/nploader.prx 1 also this one is used for decrypting the DLC right?in my basic knowledge if this are not in emulator the DLC wont load ? )
nploader.prx
npdecrypter.prx

next folder: ULJM05681
contains:
PARAM.PBP
and folders B-H
