It probably broke at some point in time, that happens. Even when it did "work" it was at 0,01 fps with horribly broken graphics if I recall correctly.
Just do not understand why there are people who managed to run this game to the menu, but here's everything with glitch and unplayable ...

Yes but that was in april, and something probably broke at some time since this is in active development. If you can find a version of rpcs3 from april I suppose it would run... at a glorious 0,7 fps.
If it is to run less than a 1fps, better not try. I hope that in some build, the game becomes playable and without glitch...
