Check the new RPCS3 forums. RPCS3 forums have been migrated.

Use the latest nightly.
In your settings. Try using Vulkan and try setting the "Preferred SPU Threads" to 1

Ryzen 1700X/1800X/2700X seems to improve by changing the power plan.
I will put prototypes power plan here.

Ryzen 1700@3.9GHz / GTX1060 / Windows 10
rpcs3-v0.0.3-2017-11-04-6782b226_win64 / Vulkan / SPU thread:1
Balance (Windows10 Builed 17133.73, Default) : 15-22fps
User Setting (Custom Power plan) : 22-24fps

       

Windows10 Custom Power Plan for Ryzen 1000/2000 series (Ryzen 1800X / Ryzen 2700 / Ryzen 2700X or other)
Optimize for XFR 2 and Precision Boost 2
*also good for Ryzen 1000 series
*Includes power plan for low latency sound.
