Game appears to be working fine now.
With these setting for ATIHD3650: Only GE, Use vertex cache, Use shaders, Disable UBO, Enable saving GE, and Enbable dynamic shaders.

It's completely stuck at the loading screen (FPS is around 29~31 and the chain is still running ... for forever)
   
Is there a solution ?

it's working fine for me in r2326 , what revision are you using?
don't forget to post a log from Jpcsp on INFO setting, so people know what setting and revision you are using plus it helps diagnose errors.

btw there's nothing in the log screen except
"Running Jpcsp 32 bit ..."
Im kinda new so where's that log you're talking about ?

Debug -> Tools -> Logger -> Show Logger -> Select INFO.
then load the game after it stops working close jpcsp find log.html in the jpcsp root directory, zip or rar it if the file is over 200kb then post it here.
