Amiga Emulator

Changes :
- CD32/CDTV NVRAM led (DF3) works again
- Windowed mode status bar "leds" show activity status again in all Windows versions (SBT_POPOUT status bar flag for some reason stopped working in XP non-classic theme and later Windows versions)
