There are another client for PSP to connect with other people. It is name MengZone,

Not yet. I've been somewhat busy with RPCS3, but I'm still working on this.
I remember XLink Kai, but I've never used it. I guess I should take a look into it. Thanks!

Ah yes, I've seen it before. That tool uses the edat3tool source and tpunix's tlzrc for decompression. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for certain files (the algorithm is slightly different).
Right now, my tools (edata-tool and sdata-tool) can decrypt and decompress most of the files, plus they're open-source (https://github.com/Hykem ).
