I was wondering if, by chance I can log on to the PlayStation Network with RPCS3. I was hoping that I could modify my Diablo 3 game data, from my laptop, and then send some materials through the in game mail. But, in order to do this, I need to be able to log in to PSN.

Ofcourse not. That would be a massive reverse-engineering effort and if even it was possible, everyone using that would very very likely get banned.
