i play hatsune miku project extend but fps is 61 avg 30+to 40+ fake fps reading???

my com intel core i7 4core 1.73ghz 4gb ram ATI HD 5470 window 64bit

using 64bit emulator

i use this setting

compiler 50 method size because 3000 cause emulator lag
ignore invaild memory access
i tick

use shaders
use geometry shader for 2d rendering
disable UBO
enable decoding of indexed textures
enable dynamic shader generation

native psp video size

i play the game but during playing lagging and gameplay(fps reading 61)
PV ok fps 31 no lag
