Will rpcs3 support psn games before ps3 commercial games?!

And if yes can i ( try to test a ps3 psn games on load game )

yes he will, when, maybe in 3 years, maybe 5, depends on the improvements

Is there a way to dump PSN games legally? I haven't followed the PS3 dev community in the last years..
