No, until r2777 it was ok, so the problem came since VFPU changes (I guess) on r2778 because r2781 and newest have the issue.

I tested the game with latest revision and the game is running very slow 5~10 fps and have some artifacts, i am using the same config of montcer9012, i'm not reported but rev 3069 have the same issues.

Could it be related to the file ms0TongueSP/SAVEDATA/ULUS10455DAT/CACHE.BIN ?
Is it some data that the game is installing once?
Could you try to delete ms0TongueSP/SAVEDATA/ULUS10455DAT and run the game without installing any data when it is asking for.
If it is related to that file, could you please provide me a DEBUG log when the game is creating that file?
