The video configuration looks normal. Since you have an NVIDIA card (I have ATI), try disabling dynamic shader generation. If you can afford the performance hit, try disabling shaders altogether; they're known to mess with the textures in Duodecim. Other than that, there's not much I can tell you but to put up with it. Someone else might have better advice.
I should have checked before giving you the link; in my defense, it worked in December. It's getting very hard to find SonicStageInstaller.exe. There is an alternate method outlined elsewhere on this board, involving partially installing a program to get its .dll files that can then be used with another tool.

not have any other way to fix the songs? =/
I could correct the error texture disabling "use shaders", but when I enable "stencil to save memory" drops to 20 fps if I turn off the graph gets too bad, what to do? =/

There's only so much that can be done - you'll have to choose between overly bright graphics and 20 fps.
The problem is that the Atrac3+ format used by all the music in Dissidia is proprietary, and only Sony offers decoders for download. You'll have to download some Sony product or another to get the decoder for the music. It's worth it; the voice acting isn't stupendous, but the music varies from tolerable to classic.
Try extracting media files to the tmp folder for a speedup (at the cost of quite a bit of hard drive space) once you have an Atrac3+ decoder.

I don't recall having to do anything other than install SonicStage and check "Use media engine" to get the music.
