Nope. All of them - Xbox 360 and PS3 (and probably other consoles) have fake emulators, that "require" the BIOS. (of course they are malware though)

When i want to start "rpcs3-x86.exe" I have an error message:

The 32-bit version is not supported anymore, and will run pretty much nothing even if you get it to start. Install 64-bit Windows, and if you can't, your CPU is to slow for anything anyway.

Also don't forget to check dependencies (listed in readme on github for every platform)
