How to emulate ps3 on pc

I downloaded a game for ps3 which says "1 big file, fw 4.50", and I think it's for running on a ps3, but I don't have a ps3 and I want to run the game on my pc.

Is there any way to get this game to run on pc?

When I run rpcs3 and try to load the file it doesn't recognize it.

To play the game, you need to obtain the game through your PS3, via a FTP server, from a CFW PS3. You might also need to obtain additional files for playing the game through the same method.
