Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit [BLES00231]

The game takes a bit to get to speed for me, also if I where to play longer than 15 or so minutes, the game slows to a crawl.
I am running on the default settings. Runs suprisingly well on my AMD R9 290
My Desktop:

i'm trying to get this to work but when i'm about to start the fight against raditz (right after the dragonball loading screen) i get a black screen (froze) and the following message comes up on the emulator :
loadProgram failed ... (in red) then the program crashed. tried any combination of configs, no luck. any ideas?

guys i am getting this error on the latest master build

I got US wersion, BLUS30117 and after last Vulcan and LLVM updates it went on Vulcan/OpenGL from shows black screen to good graphics with 40fps in battle.
On OpenGL I got also about 40fps but works rather like slideshow, and audio is bad. |
