Which graphics card would you recommend? I have a ACER Laptop
Windows 7 64Bit
Intel® HD Graphics(Core i5)
4 GB RAM
Intel® Core i5 CPU - 2.52 Ghz dual core processor(460M)

Thats better...
And forget about widescreen and very well redone cutscenes.
This one looks too good in 16:9 to go back to PSX version. Much like I, II and IV.
I too confirm broken in-game sound (sounds like 8-bit or sort of) and FPS drops. Honestly the game hardly can be put in Playable category right now. Still needs some polishing.

By the way, about latest one, in the recent 2326 I can't get past initial menu screen: emulator hangs and console window gets hammered by hundreds of error messages.

Could you post the log file?
Always include a complete log file at INFO level in your reports. Thanks! How to post a log
r2326
not sure if its the same error but I was able to reproduce this error when going to load a saved game. (keeps repeating over and over in console.)

Unfortunately I cannot select "INFO" in logger: it only has "OFF" in this dropdown list.
Here's, however, what console outputs:

And it goes like that.
There's one small detail. This bug happens only after I press some key on menu screen.
My assumption is that it tries to play some sound effect immediately and here this bug pops up.
Since 2326 change log mentions something updated regarding sound effect playback, I guess it's where the problem lies.
I'd be glad if someone would help me to enable logging as the only thing I see is "OFF" in dropdown list.
