Missing BRB opcode implementation is still a work in progressm, but the game works fine mith my branch
https://github.com/kd-11/rpcs3/tree/gl_rsx_wip Try https://ci.appveyor.com/project/kd-11/rp.../artifacts Obviously results aren't consistent yet, which is why I temporarily abandoned work on it when I became pressed for time. I'll get back to it when I finish the buffers synchrionization work.

Game tested using rpcs3-v0.0.2-2017-07-12-bb563b3e_win64 on an i7 4770K @ 3.5 GHz, GTX 1070, 16 GB DDR3 running Windows 10-64 with the following settings:
PPU decoder: Recompiler (LLVM) SPU decoder: Recompiler (ASMJIT) Load liblv2.sprx only GPU settings: OpenGL; Vulkan @ 1280x720 w/ VSync, Frame limit set to 60 Audio settings: XAudio2 Input/Output: DualShock 4 OpenGL and Vulkan both work beautifully. Vulkan is a little faster at around 25-30 fps whereas OpenGL is mostly around 20-25 fps. The downside to using Vulkan is some minor artifacting around text (see screenshots #4, #5, #7) that isn't present in OpenGL (see screenshots #1, #2). I have to admit I'm not familiar with this game but overall it seems to run very well and looks pretty much perfect. I've tried most game modes and apart from the text artifacting in Vulkan and the sometimes sub-optimal framerate, I couldn't find any issues. I suggest moving it to Playable.

Fighting games need to run at basically full speed to be playable. However assuming linear scaling your CPU could be overclocked to achieve that. Thanks for updating, moving to playable.
Asus N55SF, i7-2670QM (~2,8 ghz under typical load), GeForce GT 555M (only OpenGL)
