I just checked with r2385 there doesnt seem to be any difference between this latest revision and r2361.
There are 3 problems with the game,all of them present in both revisions:
1) Game will get stuck at black screen during some cutscenes. However,there always seems to be a way to get past this-either by skipping the animations or trying different combinations of video settings. This has been discussed last three pages Smile
Error,for me atleast,is "unknown video command"
I attached the log of this,log1
2) Game will sometimes freeze during battles,this is know as AI stuck.There is no "unknown video command" error then. I attached the log2
3) Music is not working properly. It will usually play for only couple of minutes and then stop. However,it will start again when game is supposed to play different track. And that track will also play for a minute or two and then stop and so on.
Having said that,game is still playable since I am in last chapter near the end of the game Smile I would say most annoying problem is music not working,since that affect the gameplay the most. When game get stuck,you somehow get past and forget about it...music not playing is problem which is always there Sad

This errors repeat during the AI freezes, when guildas will explain about movement the music slowdown and this error start to happen.

This is the error I got at the end of chapter 1. It's just like digiadventure said, the errors of this game are very random. You just need to play around with video settings for a bit and it'll work somehow =.='. And you should save often too, especially near the end of each battle.

They're more random than that, i just upgraded the emulator, without changing setting and passed through this. But later with the same settings, i restarted the game to make tests and got it again, at last i have a save after the bug, one time i passed through the freeze without skiping the text.

I just hope the slow down on status menu and name input is solved. It's really a pain to manage characters at about 20FPS, and i like to make all my generic character with custom names (i name them after me and some friends xD), and input name at 5-8 FPS take really a long time.

The funny part, is that Denam name input doesn't have any slow down, only the army and recruited character, even if the interface looks exactly the same.

I didnt have any AI problem whole game. Just dont save the game for first couple of hours,I think thats the key

It makes no difference, the error is very random. You just lucky.
