Yeah something in r2064 breaks the file (it will fully decrypt but the file is corrupted or not decoded properly, I tested it on another game with a big PGD file since i dont have this game)
I used a binary compare program to see whats going on, and it seems throughout the file it gets some corruptions (all the corruptions are exactly one line or 16 bytes of curuption) heres a ss
