Movie audio works fine in hexyz force, it even syncs perfect the problem must be something else on your system. or is it some specific movie?
(i tried 3 movies (opening (idle on menu), new game (cecilia), and a movie where they are walking _) all had audio.

the clutter sound is from some audio getting sent to himdrender (probably some kind of sound effect) and its causing slight pauses

Err just noticed I had battle voices set to off, that's why they never played for me.... :X
