I doubt a 32 bit system can even load up the 64 bit version, i'm guessing you have media engine checked?
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 970 3.7 GHz, GPU: Geforce GTX 550 Ti, Ram: 16 GB, Windows 7 64-bit
