the thing here is to try how that emulator runs for you, if you wanted to compare emulator speeds.
cps3 is nowhere near comparable to psp, it's like comparing a nes to ps1 and complaining about ps1 emulation not being as good as nes.
btw. jpcsp is currently the best psp emulator available, so if you need to throw a tantrum about it not working right for you, then your only other choice is to use your real psp.
