better use Windows 7 64bit and use Jpcsp 32bit.
if you use Win 7, install latest JRE & SonicStage 4.3.

i use Windows 7 64bit & jpcsp-2211-windows-x86. also install JRE(32bit & 64bit) + SonicStage.
the reason i'm using Windows 7 because ATI driver up to date & can be installed.
XP can't install ATI driver(2011) because error, it can with ATI driver(2010).
for NVIDIA i don't know.
