already solved. just connect to internet for using system restore sonicstage.
now opening animation, ingame & battle has sound,music + voice character.
log above i updated with sound & music.
for voice character i use mono_ATRAC3PLUS_Autoplay_assistant_tool v1.8.0.
haven't tried it without mono_ATRAC3PLUS.
