Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep - US - ULUS10505

Question: So would Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep work better on a single core processor with more processing power per core, or a multi-core processor with more processing power over-all?

For example, if I had a computer with 3ghz single core, and another computer with 2.5ghz dual core, which should work better?

Also, what settings should I set if I want it to max out my processor (like, if this is possible, how could I make it use all of my processing power?)?

Please respond to the above question if you don't mind

Also, what settings should I enable on the Video Tab for max performance? I know this has been asked before, but it changes with each revision (or at least each new setting added).
