It's a bit slow for me though, I have 10-20 fps. Dunno if it's normal but what would be the ideal settings for max fps?

The speed is given by your graphic card.The basic settings are
Video tab:Only GE,Save GE to screen
Media tab:Use media engine,Decode audio with sonic stage(you have to install it)
You can try with different settings.

The emu only uses 20% of my GPU =.= HD 5830...
But im getting 20/23 FPS and sometimes i get 30 =O. No problems with the game, already finished ventus story .
I'll try activate shaders in the new SVN...
